With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Robert Mancini has served in numerous executive roles and is regarded as a respected authority on a wide range of financial services topics. He has a unique experience in having held these senior positions across leading banks, FinTech’s, and consulting firms.

Mr. Mancini’s served in his most recent bank appointment as Head of Commercial Banking reporting to the Vice Chair and CEO. At the Bank, he drove the transformation and creation of new financial services to augment PxV non-interest income and deposit growth along with the strategic roadmap for the entire commercial Bank.

Mr. Mancini also worked for Celent, a specialized international research and consulting firm part of Oliver Wyman, serving a variety of global financial institutions. In his consulting role at Treasury Strategies, Mr. Mancini was responsible for offering insight and analysis on technology and strategy, assistance in choosing markets and best practices for implementing systems and providing consulting services to financial institutions and technology vendors. Mr. Mancini has been dedicated to helping financial institutions and technology vendors rapidly create new business and technology strategies to drive growth.

Mr. Mancini equally held various senior roles for domestic and foreign global banks. His experience in the last decade has been on Global Treasury Management product. Mr. Mancini was involved in strategic product development for leading global banks, managing key partnerships with financial institutions and technology vendors as well as mergers and acquisition activity.

Mr. Mancini’s prior experience includes working at Fintech’s including his long tenure at Finastra, a top 3 global Fintech with $2b+ in revenue across 130+ countries, where Mr. Mancini was Head of Payments globally reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and helping banks modernize their technology to drive revenue from new products and
services and later Head of Strategic Programs supporting Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) such as SMB lending.

Mr. Mancini has a Bachelor of Finance degree and a master’s in business administration (MBA) specialized in Technology Management. Mr. Mancini is also a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and held numerous board appointments including Board Director at Bankers Association for Finance and Trade (BAFT).
